^† Pricing structures are based on combined accommodation, catering, dinner, and administration costs. There is no separate registration fee.

** On Monday evening there will be a catered reception at the Museum of Natural History. On Wednesday evening there will be a conference banquet in a college hall.

^• Payments made after 5^th March 2005 are subject to an additional 10% levy. (Payment instructions can be found here). 75% refunds will be allowed for cancellations before 5th March 2005. No refunds will be possible after this date.

A limited number of double/twin rooms are available on a first come first served basis. In this case, if both occupants are delegates, the fee is reduced by £10 per person per night.
